Test Principle:

Human MUC5AC(Mucin 5 Subtype AC) ELISA Kit는 Sandwich-ELISA 원리를 기반으로 합니다. 본 키트에 포함된 마이크로 ELISA 플레이트는 Human MUC5AC에 특이적인 항체가 사전에 코팅되어 있습니다.

표준물질(Standards) 또는 샘플(Samples)을 마이크로 ELISA 플레이트의 각 웰에 첨가하면, 해당 물질은 Human MUC5AC 특이 항체와 결합합니다. 이후, Human MUC5AC에 특이적인 biotinylated detection antibody와 Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate가 순차적으로 각 웰에 첨가되어 반응 및 배양됩니다.

반응 후, 결합되지 않은 성분들은 세척 과정을 통해 제거됩니다. 이후 각 웰에 substrate solution을 첨가하면, Human MUC5AC, biotinylated detection antibody, Avidin-HRP conjugate가 모두 결합된 경우에만 파란색으로 발색됩니다.
